The Association shall have among others the following:
To advance the Socio-Economic states of all Physician Assistants working in Ghana.
To protect the rights of all Physician Assistants against suppression, exploitation and discrimination.
To consistently promote, deliver and maintain the highest standard of health for all people living in Ghana.
To develop partnerships with all stakeholders to enhance optimum health standards for the Ghanaian populace.
To bring all Physician Assistants in Ghana to a unified body to advance the course of the Association
To promote the advancement of academic and research endeavors as well as maintain professional standards.
To seek and promote the socio-economic wellbeing of all members of the union.
To seek international affiliation and collaboration with other professional bodies practicing Medicine and Dentistry at the level of Physician Assistants.
To promote and maintain the dignity of person and profession among membership of the union.

The Association shall play a lead role in the Socio- Economic advancement of all its members and protect the rights of its members against exploitation, suppression and discrimination.
The Association shall among others be committed to the promotion and delivery of quality health to the rural, urban, and other deprived and underserved communities in Ghana.
The Association affirms the right to health for all manner of persons living in Ghana and that same must be made accessible, affordable, appropriate, safe and equitably distributed to all communities throughout the nation
For the promotion of optimum health for the Ghanaian populace, the Association will be committed to partnerships and collaborations with all professional groups and all stakeholders in health.
The Association shall be committed to the welfare of members and other health professionals and collaborators as essential to achieve optimum health care delivery.
